For orders over $2,000: We’ll not only match any qualifying lower price but beat it by $50.

For all other orders: We’ll match any qualifying lower price found elsewhere.

How to Request a Price Match

Before Your Purchase

Contact us with proof of the competitor’s lower price before completing your order. We’ll adjust your price immediately upon verification.

After Your Purchase

If you discover a lower price within 30 days of your purchase, we’ll refund the difference to your original payment method.

Required Documentation

Provide clear proof of the competitor’s pricing, such as:

  • Website screenshot with current date visible
  • Official quote or invoice
  • Email correspondence showing the price

Qualifying Criteria

Eligible Competitors

  • Authorized dealers of the same manufacturer
  • Legitimate online retailers with established business presence
  • Competitors with the item currently in stock and available for immediate shipment

Ineligible Sources

  • Auction sites (eBay, online auctions)
  • Marketplace sellers without authorized dealer status
  • Discount/closeout retailers
  • Retail store locations (online retailers only)
  • Sites offering unauthorized or grey market products

Price Comparison Standards

  • Product Match: Item must be identical in model, specifications, and manufacturer
  • Availability: Competitor must have the item in stock and ready to ship
  • Total Cost: We match the competitor’s total price including shipping to your location
  • Currency: Prices must be in USD from US-based retailers

Policy Limitations

Excluded Promotions

  • Manufacturer rebates or mail-in offers
  • Bundle deals or “buy one, get one” promotions
  • Employee, student, or membership discounts
  • Financing offers or lease deals
  • Special event pricing (Black Friday, Cyber Monday, clearance sales)

Order Requirements

  • Price match requests must be made within 30 days of purchase for post-sale adjustments
  • Original purchase must be made through FabEquipment Pro
  • Items must be unused and in original condition for post-purchase price adjustments

Review Process

Each price match request is individually evaluated based on our verification standards and business considerations. We reserve the right to decline requests that don’t meet our criteria or would result in below-cost pricing.
