Return Eligibility
Most new, unused, and uninstalled products may be returned within 30 days of delivery. To qualify for a return, the item must meet all of the following conditions:
- Item is in its original, unopened packaging with all accessories, manuals, and hardware included
- Item has not been installed, assembled, or used in any way
- You have obtained a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number from our team before shipping
- Item is returned within 30 days of the delivery date
If your item is on backorder and hasn’t shipped yet, you can cancel at any time with no restocking fee.

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped, defective product, etc.).
Refund Processing Timeline
Once we receive your returned item, here’s what to expect:
Our warehouse team inspects the returned item to verify condition, completeness, and eligibility.
1–3 business daysYou’ll receive an email confirming whether your refund has been approved or if there are any issues.
Same day as inspectionApproved refunds are credited to your original payment method. The restocking fee (if applicable) is deducted.
7–10 business daysFirst check your bank account, then contact your credit card company — it can take time for refunds to post. If you’ve waited more than 15 business days, contact us at [email protected].
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different product, please initiate a standard return and place a new order for the item you need. This ensures the fastest processing time.
If you received a defective or damaged item, contact us immediately — we’ll arrange a replacement or repair through the manufacturer’s warranty at no additional cost.
Order Cancellations
- Before shipment: Contact us as soon as possible. If the order hasn’t shipped, we can cancel it with a 15% administrative fee.
- After shipment: The order must go through the standard return process. You’ll be responsible for return shipping costs plus the 15% fee.
- Backorders: Cancel any time before the item ships with no fee.
Damage Claims
If your equipment arrives damaged, do not discard the packaging. Report damage within the following timeframes:
- Visible damage: Note on carrier receipt and email photos to [email protected] within 48 hours
- Concealed damage: Document with photos and contact us within 5 business days
- Severe damage: Refuse delivery, note on carrier slip, and contact us immediately

Pallet, crate, and all packaging materials are required for returns and warranty claims. Discarding packaging may void your ability to return the product.
