Order Confirmation
As soon as your order is placed, you’ll receive an order confirmation email. This confirms that your payment has been authorized and our team has begun processing your order.
We then verify stock availability directly with our warehouse or manufacturer:
- If the item is in stock and ready to ship, we’ll capture the payment and move your order into fulfillment.
- If an item is out of stock or on backorder, we’ll notify you immediately and provide options.

- Delivery time is typically 3–10 business days, depending on destination and product size.

We do not accept Cash on Delivery (COD).
For LTL Freight shipments:
A valid phone number is required. The freight carrier will call to arrange a delivery appointment. Missing or invalid contact information may cause delays or additional storage fees.
Damages & Claims
Please inspect all packages carefully upon delivery.
- If you notice visible damage, take photos immediately and email them to [email protected] so we can file a claim and arrange replacements.
- If the carton is severely damaged (crushed, torn, opened), refuse delivery and note the reason on the carrier’s paperwork.
- If you cannot inspect the item at delivery, write “Carton damage, subject to inspection” on the carrier slip.
You must inspect the item within 48 hours and report any issues promptly.
Cancellations & Refunds
- All cancellations are subject to a 15% administrative fee, whether the order has shipped or not. This covers processing and staffing costs.
- If an item is on backorder and you choose to wait, you may cancel at any time before it ships with no fee.
- If the order has already shipped, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- Refunds are issued back to the original payment method only.
Backorders
Inventory levels can change quickly due to demand or manufacturer delays. If an item you ordered is unavailable, we’ll email you with:
- Estimated restock dates
- Alternative product options
- The choice to cancel at no charge
Backorder ETAs may shift due to logistics delays (manufacturing, customs, transport). We will keep you updated.
Once your item arrives:
- We’ll notify you with an estimated ship date
- Tracking details will follow within 1–3 business days
Important Information About LTL Freight Deliveries
If your equipment ships via freight:
- When the shipment reaches your local terminal, the carrier will call to schedule delivery.
- Deliveries occur Monday–Friday within the windows:
8 AM – 12 PM or 12 PM – 4 PM (specific times cannot be guaranteed). - You (or someone you authorize) must be present to sign for delivery.
- The driver will use a lift-gate and place the shipment at your curb, driveway, or nearest accessible point.
- Freight carriers do not deliver inside your building due to the weight/size of equipment.
- Do not discard the pallet or packaging—these are required for returns.
Handling Freight Damage
Upon arrival:
If the packaging is visibly damaged (dents, holes, tears, open cartons):
- Inspect the contents immediately.
- If damaged, note the issue on the carrier’s paperwork.
- Email us at [email protected] with photos.
If you cannot inspect:
- Write “Carton damage, subject to inspection” and describe what you see.
For severe or exposed damage:
- Refuse delivery and sign the carrier slip: “Carton damaged and refused.”
- Notify us immediately so we can assist.
