By accessing this website at FabEquipmentPro.com, operated by Solid Brands LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using this site.

You represent that you are at least 18 years of age, have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement, and — if purchasing on behalf of a business — have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms. All content on this site is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials on FabEquipmentPro’s website for personal, non-commercial, transitory viewing only. This is a grant of a license, not a transfer of title. Under this license, you may not:

• Modify or copy the materials;
• Use the materials for any commercial purpose or public display;
• Attempt to reverse-engineer any software on this site;
• Remove any copyright or proprietary notices;
• Transfer the materials to another person or mirror them on another server; or
• Use automated systems (bots, scrapers, spiders) to access the site.

This license automatically terminates if you violate any of these restrictions. Upon termination, you must destroy any downloaded materials in your possession.

We make every effort to display products and specifications accurately. However, product images are for illustrative purposes and may differ from the actual item. Specifications are provided by the manufacturer and subject to change without notice.

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without prior notice. In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund, contact you with the correct price, or honor the listed price at our sole discretion. Prices do not include applicable taxes, shipping, or freight fees unless stated otherwise.

All products are subject to availability. If an item is out of stock, we will notify you and offer alternatives, a backorder option, or a full refund.

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. All orders are subject to acceptance by us. We may refuse or cancel any order due to pricing errors, suspected fraud, inventory unavailability, or failure to pass credit verification. An order confirmation email acknowledges receipt only — your order is accepted when the product ships.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, ACH bank transfer, wire transfer, and financing through approved third-party lending partners (subject to credit approval). We do not accept COD, personal checks, or money orders. Payment is authorized at order placement and captured when stock is confirmed.

You may cancel an order before it ships by contacting us. All cancellations are subject to a 15% administrative fee. If the item is on backorder and you cancel before it ships, no fee applies.

• Free ground shipping within the contiguous U.S. (lower 48). Alaska and Hawaii ship via air with a surcharge.
• In-stock items typically ship within 1–2 business days.
• Estimated delivery: 3–10 business days depending on destination and product size.
• Carriers: UPS Ground, FedEx Ground, and LTL Freight.
• LTL Freight shipments require a valid phone number for delivery scheduling.
• Risk of loss and title pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

Shipping timelines are estimates, not guarantees. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Most new, unused, and uninstalled products may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in original packaging with all accessories included. You must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before shipping any return.

Non-returnable items: custom/made-to-order equipment, consumable parts and supplies, software or activated licenses, items that have been installed or used, and items damaged through misuse.

All approved returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days of receiving the return. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Most products carry a manufacturer’s warranty, the terms of which vary by product and brand. Unless otherwise stated, CNC equipment and machinery sold through FabEquipmentPro includes a 2-year limited warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

Not covered: misuse, abuse, or neglect; normal wear and tear; unauthorized modifications or repairs; improper installation or power supply issues; cosmetic damage; or force majeure events.

To initiate a warranty claim, contact [email protected] with your order number, description of the issue, and photos or video. Our technical team will work with the manufacturer to resolve the issue through repair, replacement parts, or a replacement unit.

Inspect all packages carefully upon delivery.

• Visible damage: photograph immediately and note on the carrier’s receipt. Email photos to [email protected] within 48 hours.
• Concealed damage: document with photos and contact us within 5 business days.
• Severe damage: refuse delivery, note the reason on the carrier’s paperwork, and contact us immediately.

Failure to report damage within the specified timeframes may limit our ability to file a carrier claim on your behalf.

All materials on FabEquipmentPro’s website are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components, nor do we guarantee the accuracy or reliability of any content.

In no event shall Solid Brands LLC, its officers, directors, employees, agents, or suppliers be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from the use or inability to use this site or any products purchased through it, regardless of the theory of liability. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages. In such jurisdictions, our liability shall be limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.

All content on this site — including text, graphics, logos, images, product descriptions, and software — is the property of Solid Brands LLC or its content suppliers and is protected by U.S. and international intellectual property laws. The “FabEquipmentPro” name and logo are trademarks of Solid Brands LLC. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or publicly display any content without our prior written consent.

Before filing any formal claim, you agree to contact us at [email protected] and attempt informal resolution for at least 30 days.

If unresolved, disputes shall be settled through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Commercial Arbitration Rules, in Sheridan County, Wyoming. You and Solid Brands LLC agree to bring claims only in an individual capacity — not as a plaintiff or class member in any class, consolidated, or representative action.

Your use of this site is governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, store, and share your personal information. By using this site, you consent to the practices described therein.

We may revise these Terms at any time without notice. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page indicates when the most recent changes were made. Your continued use of this site following changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. For material changes, we may provide additional notice via email or a site announcement.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. To the extent litigation is permitted, you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts in Sheridan County, Wyoming.
